Congratulations to Lorain High graduate Aaron Whitehead in continuing to academic and athletic career at the College of Wooster.  Aaron was a 5’10” guard for Lorain High’s basketball team.  During his career, he played a huge role in the team winning a Lake Erie League Championship and OHSAA District Championship.  Aaron earned various individual accolades

Naz Bohannon named Youngstown State University MVP

Congratulations to Lorain High graduate Naz Bohannon in being named the Youngstown State University Men’s Basketball Most Valuable Player.  Naz will be entering his senior year next year, and he continues to make the Lorain community proud excelling athletically, but most importantly, academically.  

Deonte Benejan commits to Baldwin Wallace University

Lorain High senior guard Deonte Benejan will continue his academic and basketball career at Baldwin Wallace University.  Deonte was a 2-year starter after moving from New York to Lorain.  His transition was seamless.  Deonte played a large role in the team winning a Lake Erie Championship and OHSAA District Championship over the past 2 years. 

Jordan Jackson commits to Notre Dame College
