Lorain City Schools is excited to announce Damion Creel as our next Head Football Coach. Coach Creel brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Lorain City Schools. The Lorain High Fall sports season is scheduled to officially start this upcoming week. The first official day/time for each sport is as follows: Volleyball – Saturday, August 1, 9:00am-2:00pm in the Lorain High gym. Daylin was a 4-year starter for the Titans where he was a part of a Lake Erie League Championship and 2 playoff appearances that included a deep playoff run that ended in the OHSAA Elite 8. Lorain High senior football standout Tyshawn Lighty was recognized by the Lorain Sports Hall of Fame during Tuesday’s varsity basketball game for being named All-Ohio by the associated press. Tyshawn had an incredible career at Lorain High and will be continuing his football career collegiately at Notre Dame College.
